Since its establishment in 1991 E.C. (1998/1999 G.C.), Sami Cafe and Restaurant has earned top preference in the hotel and dining industry, expanding from 1 to 4 branches with over 400 active employees.

Since its establishment in 1991 E.C. (1998/1999 G.C.), Sami Cafe and Restaurant has been continuously providing quality services to guests (customers). It is a private organization that has earned a top preference and popularity among its customers in the hotel industry, striving through strategic planning to maximize customer satisfaction and accessibility.
Currently, it has expanded its branch network from 1 to 4. As of the 2019 E.C. (2026/2027 G.C.) budget year, it operates actively with over 400 employees.
What began at Ayertena Square has grown into one of Addis Ababa's premier hospitality destinations, bringing people together through authentic culinary traditions, artisan wood-fired baking, and heartfelt service.

Our Vision
To see Sami Cafe and Restaurant maintain and increase customer satisfaction, becoming the prime choice of customers in Addis Ababa and surrounding cities as an outstanding dining, catering, and entertainment center.
Without prejudice to the above, working together with our city’s Addis Ababa City Investment Commission and stakeholders to operate in high-activity areas (Best location), constructing a building designed to meet the hotel industry’s requirements, and putting into service a Star hotel with rooms that meet standard criteria.
